30 years later I resurrected the photoMcTAVISH title for my growing interest in photography. This website is my gallery, showcasing examples of my diverse subject matter. Whether aircraft, buildings, people, landscapes or anything else that catches my fancy - you’ll find them amongst the galleries, which you can access via the links on the left.

Until recently I used a Nikon F80 camera with a mixture of Nikor AF lenses shooting onto Fuji-brand slide films (Velvia and Provia). However I've been experiencing problems with the local developers and I've been forced to change over to digital.
Now I have a Nikon D200 which I use in combination with my Nikor lenses and I'm really liking it.

1) This past year has been quite busy, so my photography has naturally been reduced. This summer however, I attended several local aviation fly-ins, and the first gallery to go up is the Airdrie Flying Club - Show & Shine. The others will follow soon.

1) My first "People" gallery entry has been made as The Camera Store - Michelle P.. This September, The Camera Store, where I buy my equipment hosted a 10th Anniversary party for themselves. The event included demonstrations, use of the latest equipment and dealer booths. For many, the highlight was having a number of models and automobiles on hand. At no charge it was possible to photograph models that would normally limit their work to large commercial contracts.
2) There's two new wallpaper designs for the Super DC-3 and a Mercury Comet.

1) There's a new gallery for Kenn Borek Air's Super DC-3.
2) I'm interested in creating a wallpaper from my new Super DC-3 photos. If you'd like to suggest which picture I should use, email me at the address above.
3) My latest magazine article has been added to the publications page.

1) I wasn't happy with the look of my wallpapers, so I redesigned all three.
2) The order of the galleries has been altered. The oldest ones are now at the start, with the newest being added at the end.
